A part was ordered and waiting on delivery. The call-out charge was reasonable- and included an inspection, plus the needed part was cheaper than anticipated. Throughout the engineer was polite, efficient and knowledgeable- without feeling the need to mansplain everything. I was that impressed with the overall service I have signed up to carry our an annual service on said vacuum cleaner. I would recommend these."
