We had a slight leak in front bedroom call homeguard they came check roof and spotted a broken tile easy fix has they had spare tile in van low cost very please would highly recommend

Very happy with the service provided. Tom and his son came out the very next morning after contacting them about my leaking roof. They were punctual, polite and helpful, finding the cause of the problem - showing me pictures of the damage - and explaining the options for fixing it and costs upfront. Work was carried out the same day within a few hours, with pictures to show me what had been done. Tom even spotted and fixed a piece of broken guttering we hadn’t noticed yet. Very happy.

After recent constant Rain, found a Leak in our Roof/Loft near the Chimney stack. Phoned Tom at Homeguard Roofing at 4pm on Thursday evening, and he said he would be round the next morning to come take a look, he came Friday morning and was able to tell us what was causing the leak and fixed it for us the very same day. Cannot recommend Tom & his sons highly enough, polite, courteous and turn up when they say they will and great work too. 5 year Guarantee on the work as well. I needed a roof repairer after noticing an issue with a flat roof. Had some other issues around the property which needing addressing also. Looked into few traders then came across trustatrader. Homeguard was pretty much top rated for my area. Gave a call to the top 5 listed and Homeguard was the only one who answered. Described my concerns about the roof and Tom stated he would make room in the day in between jobs to come and check it out. Tom messaged me to tell me when he was on route. Once here, inspected problem and then I bombarded him with numerous other issues at my property which he had no problem checking out all. After inspection it was established some of the things I was worried about didn’t require work. The bits that did need doing he went over the options, prices and the differences between each. Zero pressure to make a decision but I knew right away what I wanted and agreed on work. Tom arrived next day, on time and completed work exactly as agreed. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. I have hesitated for ages to get quiet a few problems sorted with my roof and guttering. The recent heavy rain forced me to take action and I am so grateful to Tom who answered my call promptly and came and sorted everything out. Both Tom and his son were polite and friendly even trying to work without making too much noise and disturb my twin one year old grandchildren staying with me. All the work was finished on time and I wish I had found Homeguard Roofing and Guttering sooner.

Highly recommended. I've just moved into a new home and the roof needed a fairly large amount of work doing to it that had been missed in the Homebuyer's Report. Tom was great throughout - quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was very clear up front about the available options and work that would be involved. When it came to the work, Tom and his team arrived when they said they would, got straight to work, and were professionals throughout. When the work was complete, Tom walked me through what had been done and had me inspect it before he left to make sure I was happy. Even after the work and being paid, Tom helped me out with enquiries from the Surveyor I'm dealing with that missed the issue in the first place. I had to put a lot of trust in Tom given this was my first dealing with him and for such a large job at that, but I can't fault him or Homeguard - I will definitely by using them for any future roofing needs.

They came out the day after storm Eugene as I had some damage to the roof. They arrived on time and sorted my missing ridge tiles by replacing them. Really appreciate the fast response and excellent service reliable and efficient service at a reasonable price.
