I don’t know how to upload an image but suffice to say that we were very satisfied with the work done.

We have had a new front door installed today by HomeSmart Installations. This was by far from being the cheapest option we investigated. However, the service from start to finish was professional, accurate and timely. We now have a solid, well built and well fitted new door to our bungalow.

The first contact was a timely door knock that was followed up with a very professional service. Always punctual, polite and efficient from all staff, small adaptations around the fitted window were very helpful and ensured a quality finish. I would certainly use Homesmart Installations again and recommend them.

Two tilt and turn windows neat, tidily and quickly installed by Mark and his son to replace ones fitted by previous occupier. An excellent job!!

The two roller garage doors look very smart and operate flawlessly. Perhaps the one comment is that the key fob remote controls are quite flimsy construction and are identical to look at. With two doors and 4 remotes, they have to be written on to identify which is for which door, but I know that HomeSmart buys them in in bulk. Doors and remotes come with no supporting user documentation (apart from a warranty that is coming) so you have to remember what the installers tell you about them. The installers were very polite, helpful and professional.

I was very pleased with everything from start to finish. I would recommend HomeSmart to friends. The workmen were polite and courteous and left everywhere clean and tidy when they had finished, having put down cardboard as well to minimise any dirt and vacuuming up after the installation. I had a follow up call to check that it went well and a visit the next day as well. Many thanks to all of them.

This is the 3rd time I have used Homesmart. Their work has always been excellent. They are efficient, friendly and do a very good job. Should there be any delays, communication is excellent so you are always kept in the loop. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service , from start to finish, guys fitting the door were clean and tidy workers, the day after we had a folllow up visit from the company checking the work carried out and to making sure we were happy with the work carried out . I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to have double glazing done. .
