He took the time to clearly explain the issues and what needed to be done. After agreeing to the work, he arranged for the roof replacement the very next day — incredibly fast and efficient! James was friendly, professional, and kept me reassured throughout the entire process. His team worked hard, were polite, and did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend!"
