Excellent work replacing our small toilet’s window, job was carried out professionally and even though we has some manufacturing defects, replacement parts were ordered and installed with haste. Would use them again!

A very nice company; family members have also used them. I needed a new window and the process was friendly and efficient all the way through. On the day of installation the fitter arrived on time, got on with the job and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The window is perfect and I would definitely use them again.

They took great care to ensure everything was finished perfectly and left the area spotless when they were done. The new windows look fantastic and have made such a difference — both in appearance and insulation.

I can recommend with confidence Ideal Window Solutions. From the initial scoping of the project to the installation all was conducted with professionalism, openness and a consideration for the customer’s needs and wishes. Jamie, Chris and Richard who installed the units were timely, courteous, worked tirelessly throughout each day and left the property clean and tidy. When I noticed that a couple of the units had some damage to the glass that was not seen at installation it was quicky agreed that these would be replaced at the earliest opportunity. All together a positive experience.

Great experience from the first enquiry till installation. Would recommend if you want good service and excellent value for money. Massive shout out to the fitter Chris and Jamie, we live in a 2nd story flat and had a very old door replaced, they were super friendly, helpful and cleaned up any mess they made. have exceeded my expectations for how amazing the new door looks! If we ever need new windows or doors we will definitely be using ideal window solutions :)
