Ivo quoted a price, stuck to it, kept us upto date on the bathroom fitting and was completed in the time given. Very professional, and the finished bathroom was perfect. I’ll also add that when he finished he cleaned up! (I’ve had builders in past that didn’t) I would highly recommend this company for bathrooms and kitchens. Superb 5 stars

Excellent service from Ivo and team. I had a full bathroom renovation and it was completed to a high standard within the agreed time and quote. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We arranged for Ivo to provide us with a quote for a full bathroom refit. He arrived on time and provided a full itemised quote in a timely manner. We booked the bathroom install and it was started the next week. From start to finish, it took 7 days. Literally nothing was too much trouble. This is the bathroom of our dreams and Ivo brought it to life. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend him.

Ivo from start to finish was an execellant workman, very professional and friendly. He has done a wonderful job and even when we had a problem on day one (no fault of his I must add) and I had to call United Utilities who were hopeless, he still stayed committed to doing my bathroom. He and his colleague Adrian worked really hard, never stopped. They were very respectful of my home and never have I had a workman so tidy...even hooved my stairs ....I so happy with my new bathroom. We only needed existing shower enclosure, tray, shower unit and tiling to be replaced, along with additional extraction and updated lighting. The work was carried out professionally and we are pleased with the result. The work was finished quickly and the team were very tidy and pleasant to deal with.

Amazing work done by Ivo and his colleague. We called them to re do our the shower area of our bathroom where the walls weren't straight and neither was the floor, but the result is perfect. They were friendly, reliable and gave us good advices. They left the place clean and tidy. We're really pleased and will definitely call them again for the second bathroom.

We chose ik Master build Ltd because we were so delighted with the bathroom refurbishment carried out earlier in the year (see our report) The initial work involved stripping the kitchen back to the brick, replacing part of the floor and supporting beams, and taking out the ceiling. Then fitting a IVT floor, lining the walls and ceiling with plasterboard, followed by plastering and painting The kitchen was fitted including integrated washer and fridge; tiling and fitting a hood unit. The standard of skill and workmanship was to a extremely high standard. Again we are delighted with the job.

Amazing job 10/10! We wanted to replace our bathroom suite and could not be happier with the work Ivo did. I have never met a more hard-working, knowledgeable and diligent person. He was running up the stairs with the sink at the end of a long day to finish what he wanted to before going home! Always polite, courteous and made sure that the house was clean at the end of the day. My bathroom now looks like a show-home bathroom. Thank you Ivo for your hard work! Ivo is very friendly and highly skilled, and equipped with a large range of tools. He stays with the job until completion (there was no moving between other jobs) We are delighted with our new refurbished bathroom which included a new floor, full tiling floor and walls, installation of a shower cubicle, toilet and sink units. All the electrical requirements were provided by Ivo’s appointed electrician who also did a very professional job. We would definitely appoint IK MASTER BUILD again in the future.
