This work was required quickly. Ikonic reacted to the request quickly and booked the job which fitted arround my busy schedule. Having been bighten by shoddy roofers before this is the first time I had confidence in the suggested work that need to be done and the honest advice. Jake the owner was clear in what needed to be done and did not over inflate the work needed or the cost. He liaised with the scaflolders and the work was done completely in 3 days.

Quick, efficient and professional. We had a rush job on that required repair sooner rather than later. After a phone call to Ikonic Roofing Ltd they had arranged to come round within the week and get the broken tiles and the ones that had slipped off the roof repaired. Very impressed with Guy. Prompt and professional. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. After putting up scaffold on a high three storey Victorian semi, they fixed a valley for us that was leaking badly into the house. Great experience. Had leaks in the roof in 2 places, had a couple of companies round quoting expensive prices without even getting up to look. Guy turned up when he said he would, got up on the roof took video to show me the issues, quoted a fair price. He carried out the repair, and took video to show me what he had done and the finished result. Can't fault him, would definitely recommend.

I had excellent communication with both Jake and Guy throughout. They fairly and genuinely identified a bigger problem with the roof after the start of the repair work. Consequently a new schedule of work had to be negotiated and priced. Scaffolding was extended, the roofing team briefed on much more extensive work. This happened swiftly, I was happy with the new price for work and the roofers cracked and completed all work very satisfactorily and ahead of the forecast rain - brilliant, especially as the rafters had to be completed stripped leaving interior of roof space open to elements.

Jake's team and knowledge were great and very reassuring. They ran us by multiple options of what can be installed to our flat roof with different pricing options which was very handy and helped us with our final decision.

Right from my first conversation with jake on the telephone, to him coming to my home and pricing the works we required to fix my roof he demonstrated nothing but professionalism. so even though I did obtain other quotes of a similar nature I decide to proceed with jake and his team and I must say Ikonic certainly didn’t disappoint they kept me updated daily while the work was being done and nothing was ever a problem when I asked any questions.
