Excellent Service – Highly Recommended Recently moved into a new property and had no information about the existing alarm system – not even the code! I contacted Impact Electrical & Security Systems and they were brilliant from start to finish. They came out the same day, reset the alarm, fully checked everything was working correctly, and took the time to explain how to use it properly. The engineer was professional, polite, friendly, and gave really helpful advice. All of this was done at a very reasonable price too. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!

My burglar alarm developed a fault on Easter Sunday - low battery indicated with constant beeping! I contacted Impact Electrical and Security Systems this morning and Dean responded immediately - arriving in just 15minutes. He and his colleague were polite, friendly and very efficient. Within 20minutes they had fitted a new battery to the system in the loft, reset the alarm and gave me helpful advice for the future. I was happy with the cost and am very happy to highly recommend their service.

I had arranged for a service of my burglar alarm. Although Dean arrived later than originally planned he texted to warn me he was running a bit late. Our alarm system had stopped working and we couldn’t get hold of our original installer to help. We found Impact and after calling, Dean was able to come out the same day. He quickly reset and checked the system and got us back up and running again straightaway. We would highly recommend him.

Dean and his team were professional throughout. My initial email was responded to straight away, site visit agreed and quotation provided all within a couple of days. Once agreed, works were carried out a couple of days later. The installation of our new intruder alarm and shock sensors was carried out in a professional and tidy manner. Any mess was cleaned up before they left. A follow up visit the next day to ensure we were happy with everything. We now have a service contract with this company. Highly recommended.
