I contacted Jamie through a friend and described what the issues were, no hot water or pressure. As I work in the city Jamie said he would come when I got back and would diagnose the issue. He advised we needed a particular part and would speak to the supplier in the morning and if I agreed to the price and for labour he would order it straight away. Very reasonable price was given. As soon as the part was in (2 days) he came round to fit it and everything worked fine again. Jamie even offered to fix a radiator problem, which took about 10/15mins after I had paid him, which really impressed me. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone, he was punctual, efficient, good communication, fair price but most importantly a high quality of work. A very satisfied customer who will be back in contact with Jamie when I need work in future property. 5 star.

Explained to Jamie what our problem was (no hot water) and he came round to have a look and knew exactly what it was instantly. He ordered the part the next day. This arrived within two days, fitted the part and everything was fixed. Jamie also assisted in adjusting two of our radiators a no extra cost. Jamie resolved the problem for me quickly without needing to replace the whole radiator. It’s great to know there are trusted tradesmen out there who are honest and will do what needs to be done to resolve the problem rather than just opting for the solution that will make them the most money!
