Lovely tradesman worked around me, was pleasant, efficient, and did a very good job!

Tom was incredibly friendly and reliable and turned up on time. He has top notch communication and knew what he was doing. The job was professionally done and the ceiling rose looks perfect! He made sure it was secure and all working before leaving too so was very thorough and I was impressed. I would use again 100%!

Tom couldn’t have been more helpful when we had an electric cut out late at night. He talked us through a resolution and couldn’t have been nicer.

Tom communicated with us about the work involved with extensive knowledge and always answered any queries we had on time. He turned up for the work early (which is unheard of!) and on both days. The work he did for us was without question the best electrical work we have seen. We are very particular and are so glad we chose Tom to do all of this for us. His wiring was neat and exactly as we asked, he left our house probably cleaner than it was before, and is such a lovely guy. We will be getting him out again for sure and would highly recommend!

Tom provided an excellent service. Communication was clear throughout. Tom arrived at the agreed time. He was very professional, was very neat in the work carried out, and cleared up all debris. This was a job for my elderly parents. Tom took time to talk to them and explain what he was doing. Would definetely use Tom again and would highly recommend.

A great service, delivered on time. EICR report included an overview email, explaining the report in layman terms, which was much appreciated.

Tom was very knowledgeable, did a quick and neat job, perfect result. The task involved running a new electrical supply to the kitchen, through the ceiling. It could've been tricky, but Tom made the job simple.

Innov8 were brilliant! They responded really fast to my parents house when they were in darkness with no electric power or lighting. Unfortunately, the isolation switch to our cooker decided to give up the ghost on Christmas Day. Innov8 Electrical was the first to quote, and was able to come out at short notice a few days later Tom was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Whilst here he also disconnected an old doorbell transformer from the mains. He also does Christmas Day call outs which is useful to know.

Tom came over to give us some new wall sockets and changed/move some existing ones. Very professional and friendly service, done to a very high standard. I thought the service overall was excellent.

Quite simply the best tradesperson we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with from start to finish - outstanding work and communication. Extended and tested the existing cooker supply, installed a dual cooker outlet, reconnected two existing single ovens, and safely isolated a redundant warming drawer. Three pendantsl lights were also replaced with a single drop-down light fitting, with neat wiring adjustments and safety testing. Professional, punctual, and meticulous throughout. Book him - you won't regret it 👍

Tom from Innov8 Electrical SW fitted a new night storage heater recently for my mother who is 93. From the first contact with Tom he was very friendly and approachable and when he visited my mums home to assess for a quote he was prompt reliable and very clear about the details of the work and the costs involved. When the work was done Tom was trustworthy, courteous and kind to my Mum whilst being very efficient and tidy.
