The final bill matched the quotation, no extras, which was nice. The roofers came despite the horrible weather, spent time to reassure me through the day what was happening, and completed the considerable amount of work within the day. They photographed the completed work so I could see what was done. All in all this was a very professional company to deal with."

We did have a small issue after the work was completed, but they came back straight away, no quibble, and resolved it without any fuss. It’s rare to find such reliable, genuine service these days, and we were really impressed. Def recommend!"

We felt pressured to book quickly, scaffolding was delayed, job marked “completed” it clearly wasn’t, we chased updates & explanations. They arrived in the rain to finish repointing that should have been done days earlier, left after less than 1H due to weather. He showed us photos on his personal phone was reluctant to send them, we still haven’t received them despite multiple requests. Inspired repeatedly blamed the workman, offered no real apology, prioritised other jobs over finishing ours. We now feel uneasy about the quality of work, uncomfortable that photos are on a personal device.
