"The work involved replacing a block paved drive and pathway with the same design and layout as the existing path and drive. The final layout and design was not to our satisfaction with the path to the front door door being a particular disappointment. The company were unwilling to offer any suggestions as to how the layout could be adjusted to our satisfaction and the owner became angry and aggressive when we questioned the work. We felt pressurised to accept the work and we plan to ask another company to correct the layout once we have saved enough to pay for the changes needed."
