"I met Elliott when he came round to repair the fencing on my neighs Back wall, which is on the side of my drive he asked if he could repair it from my drive as it was easier as there was shrubs and trees on the other side he replaced three panels and two concrete pulse and done a really good job. I asked him to give me a quote for my fence as it had come down during the storms.. he gave me a very good quote I agree to the price he came round on 28 April finished 29th he and his team done a fantastic job took all the rubbish away, cleaned up Elliott and his team spot on highly recommend"

Before you hire a builder
Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
