The gentleman who came was just fantastic, friendly and absolutely spot on. He was bang on time, investigated the job then started his work soon after. We appreciated the that he talked us through what exactly would the expectations. You can see how tidy he is he walked inside of the house with a shoes cover ( absolutely loved it) he respects his work environment and customers. Just fantastic aftercare as well

We appreciated that he talked us through what exactly would be the expectations, we found out he speaks four languages because he explained things to us simpler in Italian. The fact that he had a shoes cover to walk inside of the house tells you a lot about his respect to the working environment he actually hovered before leaving too!!
