Although a small job of replacing a socket, Jesse came on the day as promised and carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

We had an electricity trip on Saturday which is not ideal with a small child at home. J A Electrical Services responded very quickly and a technician arrived that same afternoon. He carried out a detailed assessment and even after identifying the dishwasher as the cause early on (several appliances share the same switch in our home), he still checked everything thoroughly. He explained the situation clearly, which gave us real confidence in the work. We didn’t just consider booking them again, we already did when another issue came up. Highly recommended.

Jesse carried out works on our kitchen lights. He was quick to respond, polite and helpful. He carried out the work with minimal fuss, left no mess and even was happy to work around another tradesperson we had working in the same area. We would be happy to have Jesse back for additional work. I would highly recommend him!

Jesse came out urgently when fire alarm was faulty and kept going off. He was very empathetic and efficient. He quickly identified the issue and sorted it out. Very grateful for the quick response and there have been no issues since Jesse fixed the problem.

A single LED ceiling light the team had installed in our bathroom nearly two years previously had developed a fault where it flashed, which was highly abnormal for an LED. On contacting the team, they attended on the same day. They investigated the faulty bulb and transformer assembly, identified a possible manufacturer defect, switched out the entire arrangement as a warranty replacement without charge, and even hoovered up the dust from removing the light fitting before they left. Could not have asked for better service!

We had an emergency issue with our electrics at a primary care health facility in Farnborough and this effected our fire alarm system and phones. We called J A Electrical Services and due to the nature of the emergency they were happy to come straight away and assess the situation. They were very thorough and helpful, explained everyhitng they did to us so we had a good understadning of what was going on. An excellent service.

Jesse was really helpful, explained things clearly and was able to respond to our problem within a very short time. Couldn't be happier with the result.

The engineer phoned to ask if he could come a day early, which suited us fine. He checked the power supply to the fan and also checked the fan I supplied was OK. He fitted the fan and was very tidy and courteous.

Great service to the level provided by both Jesse and Sam is very hard to find. Previous reviews pointed me in the direction of JA Electrical and they were representative of my own experience.
