Had Joe come around to fit a new staircase and door linings. From start to finish I was very happy with his service. Came around to measure up and quote in no time, and was happy to take any custom details about the installation into consideration as well. The price was very reasonable compared to a couple of other quotes we had for the exact same work. Very easy to get a hold of to ask any questions/queries. On top of that he would really take time to explain everything without rushing through it. A proper local family business and one I would highly recommend. I'll definitely be using him for all our joinery work from now on.

Driveway gates sticking to the point where couldn’t open them. We were nervous of any alterations as expensive gates, but they were able to sort them quickly, cheaply and without any cosmetic damage to the gates. 2 months of wet weather and the gates are still opening with ease.

My faith in tradesmen has been restored. They came to assess the job quickly and on time. Reasonable, clear quote quickly received electronically. They arrived on time, with confirmation of arrival time on morning of the job. They fitted two rooms and hall with skirting boards, sorted out doors and shelving to cupboard. Took time to answer my questions, great workmanship and house left clean and tidy. They seem to genuinely care about the customer and want to do a great job. I have used Joe and Louis on numerous occasions for various joinery work. This time they built a pergola and replaced some internal doors. They do what they say they are going to do. Instructed Joe to remove and replace old kitchen which had been in place since the 1980s. Also asked him to fit panelling in the lounge. Joe arranged for a kitchen designer to come and measure up and within a week started to the job. I have used Joe on numerous occasions for various projects and would highly recommend. From start to finish our experience with Joe and Marie was excellent. They made contact the same day I sent in an initial enquiry a visit arranged for within 48 hours quote followed soon after which was amazing. Joe knows exactly what he was doing and was a mind reader for what we wanted. Renovated our existing staircase and has matched everything so well. We have had lots of people round who love the changes. These guys are amazing and Marie kept in touch with us when there was a delay with supplies so we knew exactly what was happening.
