My experience with J&M Loft was terrible. I paid over £3500 to have him do the gazebo and he did a terrible job. There are exposed nails all around the roof , gaps between the gutters and edge of roof allowing water to sip through, felt glued to fascia board started falling apart. Water leaking from gutter between new roof and fascia board where roof has been put against fascia. Gutter fitted far from felt drip wood underneath has started to soak . I gave him opportunity to fix this he came around and only used pliers to remove few nails only and his presence was threating and intimidating
