John and his team recently carried out extensive work to our property. Right from the outset John provided useful and helpful advice. This continued during the works and was especially appreciated when unforeseen problems arose. Overall the work was very reasonably priced with a resultant standard of work that greatly exceeded our expectations!

John gave us a very detailed estimate for the complete refurbishment of our kitchen/dining room , removal of partition wall and chimney breast. This enabled us to stay within budget and allowed us to have additional works done which John and his team accommodated. We were kept fully informed throughout as the work progressed and John was always available if we had any queries or concerns. The team -Kenny and Gareth - were professional,punctual and friendly. We are very impressed with the quality of the work and are extremely happy with our new kitchen.

We are very happy with all work completed by John and his team. We had some tricky requests due to the architecture of the house but John's space saving ideas and experience have helped with layout and given us our desired space. At every stage of planning John has been mindful of costs and has suggested more economic options to help manage our budget. The team turned up daily without fail and helped to keep the inevitable dust at a minimum. We will use j pellow and son for all further work needed in our home.

J Pellow and Son did a fantastic job installing our new shower unit. They were both punctual and hard working and had the work done in three days. I would highly recommend them both to friends and family and we will be using their services again in the future.

John refurbished our kitchen including carrying out damproofing work. John's work was excellent in quality and his quote was also competitive. John added further value in using his experience to suggest long term, good value solutions to our damp problem. His staff were very respectful, clean and tidy around the house, this was an important consideration the house is small and the work needed to be carried out around day to day family life. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I contracted John and his team to re-furbish/re-fit my bathroom. He was helpful, informative and professional from the start, immediately standing out from other contractors that quoted. The work, which included plastering, tiling and plumbing, was completed to a high standard and both on time and to cost. During the work, I was kept informed of what was going on and any issues were dealt with quickly and to satisfaction. Finally, I felt the price was very reasonable for the quality and would be happy to use John's services again.

We are extremely pleased with the works completed at our property by John and his team. John was faultless from start to finish and we would highly recommended him. Not only was the quote competitive but the attention to detail throughout the whole project was excellent. John arrived on time, he was cheerful, professional, helpful and communicative. He left the property clean and tidy at the end of each day and on completion of the job he cleaned away everything that he said he would on the quote. We are already planning to use him for a few other jobs!

John Pellow visited us as a result of a previous job of taking down a chimney and we showed him an old light tunnel in the property we had just moved into. His suggestions proved invaluable as by opening up the ceiling to a newly installed Velux roof light we now have much more natural daylight and more modern LED lighting installed in the actual ceiling. The work was done efficiently and effectivly, the workspace was clean and tidy at the end of the day. A good job.

Very pleased with the professionalism of the company. Good that the job was started on a Thursday so that the re-plastered ceiling was given sufficient time to dry over the weekend. The workers on site were most polite and quiet as they went about their work. Have requested J Pellow & Son to quote for some more work.

The work that needed to be done was a complete overhaul of our current bathroom, new tiles, shower/whirpool bath, sink and vanity unit. John gave polite and in depth advise on a range of different products. In a few cases he would show us another product for around the same price range, which was of a better quality and had a longer warranty. The finished bathroom looks really impressive and is faultless. I would definitely recommmend since I will be calling on John's expertise again in the future to do the en-suite bathroom.

John's team completely ripped out my bathroom and refitted and tiled the whole room . They oversaw all deliveries and their workmanship throughout was second to none. Work was completed as per John's timescale and they put up all the accessories as requested. I could not be happier with the finished article.

We are delighted with our new patios to the back of the house & the block paving done at the front. John worked to the agreed design offering advice & guidance as required. We chose John and his team based on internal work he had done for us previously. He is an honest, straightforward and professional character. Work started on time and went slightly over schedule due to bad weather... all expected. John even made time to fix our blown down fences following the bad weather. He changed our internal doors, fitted downlighters in and out. Great team!
