Joe and his team repaired a leak to the valley on our roof. They were very prompt in attending our property and assessing the issue, and clearly explained the likely problem. He used a small drone to assess the problem which was very impressive. This was quickly followed up with a written quote. The works was carried out on the date given and the team worked in a neat and tidy manner. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend Joe Smith.

Joe did a fantastic job of fixing our roof and replacing the felt. He assessed the roof properly before giving a quote and was able to complete the work quickly and to a high standard as we needed it finished before we moved out from the property. This firm carried out fascia and guttering renewal work plus repairs to one corner of the roof on my property over the past week. They were very professional and friendly throughout and kept me advised when any issues were identified that needed to be addressed. They also liaised properly and politely with my neighbour when they needed access to my roof from their property. The finished work is of a high standard and the firm removed all old materials and left the work area clean and tidy.

Joe has worked for us before so we were more than happy to ask him to quote to replace our roof, facias, soffits and guttering and to paint the exterior of our house. All the work carried out promptly and professionally.

Joe came round to view the storm damage to one roof hip quickly and when scheduled. Three tiles had blown off and smashed and the mortar bed had failed along the ridge/hip. It was a relatively straightforward job but Joe was the first to treat it as such. I had had other roofers insisting they wanted insurance call-outs to cover repairs to the entire roof! Joe provided his own scaffolding so that was erected in a morning and him and his team supplied new tiles, repaired the hip, tidied everything away and were gone the next day. Very happy and would recommend.

We booked Joe to replace our fascia, sofit, and guttering with UPVC, and to check chimneys and do necessary repairs. While stripping fascia, Joe noted tears in roof felting and proposed re-felting and replacing the gable top of our bay window with a flat roof. Joe explained all this work clearly and gave good quotes, both for the initial work and the extra that needed doing. Work was completed quickly over a few days and to a great standard, and Joe and his boys were polite and friendly throughout. Joe answered my questions clearly and went about his work in a conscientious manner.

Concrete from the dry verge was hanging perilously from the gable end and needed to be removed before it fell. Joe Smith came within 24hrs of my call and assessed the problem. within 48hrs scaffold was erected and the following day Joe and his team arrived to strip the roof, remove all the old rotten battens that were mostly rotten and the old membrane that was perished. They cleaned the old tiles and attached a new membrane and new battens throughout . The next day they arrived, laid the old tiles back on the roof and fixed new screw-in ridge tiles. The dry verge was relayed on new mortar.

My roof was professionally repaired by Joe and his team in a very efficient manner.
