"Jack communicated really well from the start. He was the first to respond, and it felt like he was genuinely interested. Jack was honest about the timescale he could do the job in, and when we agreed to hire him, he gave us a date that he stuck to (we had already been let down by someone). He turned up when agreed, and was respectful of our property, cleaning up after himself at the end of each day. I mentioned this was a Victorian house because their doorframes are often awkward for new doors to fit into. Jack was patient and made sure each door was appropriately fitted. Very pleased."
