"Simon Jackson himself did the replacement and he was professional, polite, thorough and efficient. His colleague who came to do the viewing and quote was polite and delightful, this is what sold us on using Jackson glass. Even though they were the more expensive choice out of the three quotes we had, we chose them due to their customer service and attention to detail. This means everything in today’s society where alot of people are no longer warm, friendly, are rude and sometimes seem downright disconnected. This was a unique selling point. Keep up the great work Jackson Glass and co."
