The fault in particular was rather insidious, but Paul worked incredibly diligently to track it down to a ceiling rose above a false ceiling, and remediated the problem. Paul is a great communicator, both before and during the job, making clear what he was doing and how he was trying to troubleshoot the issue. We're now back to having full lighting again! I'd absolutely recommend Paul to anyone else locally."

Fuse board went, burnt wiring, burnt RCD's, no electric. Got an emergency electrician out, who tried to fleece us to replace the whole board for £2600! Quick call to Paul at JAE who we've used before, gave us a much more reasonable quote to do the necessary work and was here the very next day! As always super reliable, work was done efficiently, quickly and neatly, really saved the day! 👏
