"Jake recently completed the work needed on the 3 storey house where I live and I very much appreciated all that Jake and a colleague have done. He responded promptly to my initial e.mails and turned up on the day and time stated, both for the assessment and for the actual work. Jake gave a clear written report beforehand which was supported by several photos, and also a detailed written quote. He also provided photos of the completed work, which involved several different repairs. They left the premises clean and tidy. Thanks again Jake for all you've done."

He did an excellent job replacing the felt on our porch roof, also replacing some of the wood that had rotted and adding lead flashing for extra protection. We have since asked Jake to assess our house roof and would have no hesitation using him again."
