I originally hired Jamie to renovate the doors in our property, once I saw his attention to detail and standard of work I have asked him back a few times to undertake a number of projects. I would fully recommend Jamie to anyone looking for any carpentry work, he is an absolute perfectionist and incredibly trustworthy. Jamie has been able to advise on a number of projects and as stated the finish of his work cannot be faulted.

We hadn't used Jamie before but decided to, having received his flyer through our letterbox. He came round promptly and proposed several options for lounge doors. We settled on bifolds, and he ordered and then fitted these, plus surround to blend into the hall and it's other doors. Jamie was always on time, very particular in his work, and clean and tidy. He was very obliging and his work was skilfully and diligently undertaken. His price was exactly as quoted with no hidden surprises. We are delighted with the finished product and will happily use him in future. Great job!

Jamie created a window frame and doorframe in an existing opening in an extension in our house. He did this in oak, and fitted a double glazed window and a glazed door. The finished product is attractive and just what we wanted. The window should have been filled with inert gas when he fitted it, but the glass manufacturer had not done this. When we realised why the window was faulty, Jamie arranged for a replacement and came back to refit it within the original estimate of course. He was good at communicating, always replied to messages and left the work site clean and tidy every evening. We would definitely use him again if the need arises.

I appointed Jamie to construct two built in wardrobes at our property. I was impressed with his approach in quoting for the work, and this remained the case with installation of the wardrobes. Jamie was diligent and reliable and being an old house, came up with practical solutions where issues were encountered. The final installation is of an excellent quality which we are very pleased with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie and will definitely use him for any future work.

An excellent experience. A young and enthusiastic carpenter. Honest and straightforward. I had several rotten window frames. He sourced a manufacturing carpenter and fitted the new frames efficiently despite the unconventional fitting of the original woodwork.

Jamie has done such a lot of work at my property and is responsible for transforming and updating an outdated conservatory and kitchen into a space which is lovely to spend time in and functional and well designed. He updated window frames and sills, installed doors, relocated and reconfigured the internal kitchen layout including installing the new kitchen and utility and built custom wardrobes into difficult eaves spaces of this 1893 property. Amazing work delivered on time and to an agreed budget Always considerate and keeps his site super clean, I wouldn’t use anyone else now

Jamie worked alongside Ardwark electrician and plumber to reconfigure our utility room, boxing in the heat pump cylinder and pipes while keeping it all accessible. He was endlessly patient and inventive, working in a small space in bad weather, solving problems as they arose. He was very pleasant to have around, always left things clean and clear at the end of the day, and we are very pleased with the finished job.
