"Following our initial enquiry, James was very quick to get back to us. He came to visit our property and spent a lot of time assessing the problem and discussing options we hadn’t even considered. He provided a quote quickly and scheduled the work in at short notice. On the day of the works, James arrived on time was meticulously tidy and completed the work to a very high standard. Our heating system is working efficiently once again. I would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone and would definitely call him should I need any plumbing work in the future."

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
