Very pleased with our block paving - just the job
Fantastic work by John and his team. Had a few quotes, and JJ Property Maintenance made the most suggestions, while offering the most work for your money. Great value for the amount of work carried out. Very conscientious customer service, keeping me updated throughout the process and always being honest. They clearly enjoy their work and I will be sure to recommend them to anyone.
They said they would take almost all day, but then announced they'd finished after 90 minutes (allowing for 30 minutes when they went away to buy petrol). They hacked a hydrangea I asked them not to touch, left many weeds and fallen leaves, cut off the tops of shrubs without attempting any shaping, and left one tall shrub untrimmed. Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.
Struggled for over 3 years with our new build garden . Garden had different levels , water logging on both patio & grass. We were really scratching our heads on how to solve it. JJ Property Maintenance came up with the solutions and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result of our landscaped garden. John & team are professional , hardworking and I can’t recommend highly enough .
From the quote to the completion of the work, John and the team were excellent, could not recommend them highly enough. Hard working throughout, polite and professional. Very happy with how our drive looks now.

John was really helpful and provided loads of information and advice before the work. John and the team were very reliable, always arriving promptly and working hard to get job done. quality of work was excellent and kept us informed and involved as the job progressed. very happy with the results.
We did the normal collection of quotes from various companies, but from the moment we meet John, he put our mind at rest and despite a million questions from us, he was courteous, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was quickly and seamlessly carried out to a high standard. The transformation of our drive is amazing and we have no hesitation in recommending JJ Property Maintenance.

I would thoroughly recommend JJ property maintenance to anyone. A fantastic job , thoroughly and professionally done from start to finish . On time , worked their socks off each day .
