James was excellent from start to finish, from the initial contact and quotation through to completing the job. We hired him to carpet two bedrooms, two flights of stairs, and two hallways. From the outset, it was clear he has a great deal of knowledge and experience, which gave us real confidence when choosing him. He was also incredibly helpful and flexible. He kindly came back a second time so we could review carpet samples before making a final decision. Then, when an unrelated issue arose after the first day, he was able to rearrange his schedule at short notice to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. James was accompanied by Dave, and both were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. We’re delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
