He always kept his word and let me know exactly when and how the work would be carried out and completed. He was always quick to reply and, although a very busy guy, never made me feel rushed taking the time to explain all options, timings and prices along with time for a chat! I cannot fault his work and expertise in fitting the new windows to a very high standard. Beau also took great care to clean up. He's a great find and I would not hesitate to recommend him."
