Fitted laminate flooring throughout our downstairs, from initial contact ,selection of flooring , quote , and fitting the process was smooth . Advice was professional for our needs in terms of colour durability quality all to suit our budget , punctual professional and cleaned up after with little disruption to our household even with our nosey dog getting in the way , thank you so much we will definitely be coming back for all future flooring

I recently had work done by this company and it was nothing short of perfect. The two guys were lovely and professional and got the job done fairly quickly for a reasonable price: the LVT flooring I chose is of good quality and looks lovely. Would (and have) recommend this company to anyone.

Jack fitted my bedroom carpet and did an amazing job. I have had issues with many trades people over the last couple of years so it can be a struggle to find someone to trust. He was very polite and friendly and cleaned up all mess when the job was complete. Over all I am very happy with the service he provided. I do have other rooms that need new carpet and flooring so will be calling on Jack’s service again.

Just had J M Carpets and flooring fit our hall, stairs and landing carpet and can honestly say what an excellent quality job they have done. Had a courtesy call 15 mins prior to arrival, then upon arrival spent some time to answer and look at some concerns we had. The 2 lads work none stop over a 3 hour period and once finished allowed time for ourselves to check out the work completed (they had even vacuumed the carpet with there own cleaner, something other fitters would not have done) and even took all the small and large off cuts away saving ourselves the trouble. Friendly, courteous service, would highly recommend 👌

Jack and a colleague were both professional from start to finish , messaging , ordering ,advising measuring and fitting the carpet on my stairs and landing . Jack did the flooring for the whole of our house. Both LVT and carpets. Refreshing to have a tradesperson with great communication who does what he says he’ll do when he says he will! Quality of work is great too. Highly recommended.

Needed flooring leveling done before having new flooring put down, these guys were the cheapest quote and I’m very happy with the quality of work! Would highly recommend, very punctual and had no issues whatsoever, would 100% use again and will recommend in future.

Jack was very professional and his quality of work was excellent. He bought lots of samples or carpets to pick from, and explained the best type of carpet for the area we wanted carpeting. Jack was extremely good value for money and we would definitely use Jack again .
