After a couple of weeks we noticed that some of the insulation had fallen and I have to say, the response from JM was 10/10. Siobhan on the phone was amazing, and she had a remedial appointment booked within 5 minutes. They came and put the insulation back, added more insulation and even double netted all the areas. It turns out it was our electrician who had actually pulled the insulation down, but JM were amazing in sorting it out. Thank you very much!"
