John, tiled a pitched roof, fitted the veluxes and installed the lead flashings on an extension I was building. His roofing knowledge and skills are excellent. He is a proper old school tradesman .... a rare thing these days! I will definitely be using John again and recommend him.

John replied to my email query on the same day I sent it, saying he would contact me the following day, which he did, even though that was a Sunday. We agreed a day and time for him to call round. He phoned about 15mins before arriving to say he was on the way and once he arrived we discussed my worries and concerns regarding the roof. John was friendly, professional and reassuring. He quoted me a price for the work to be carried out. I also pointed out a problem with a small area of guttering. John returned the following day to carry out the work, afterwards explaining exactly what he had done and also cleared the mess away. The price was as quoted, the guttering work completed without charge. I like to support local independent traders and I’m so pleased I choose John. I’ve been very impressed with his communication throughout, plus explaining fully what he proposed doing. I left a message for John on Trustatrader who then called me and arranged to visit the same day. John soon found my problem, gave me a estimated cost and said he could do the job in a couple of days after getting some surplies. John arrived as promised and carried out the work in a very professional manner. John is a very pleasant man to do busines with and obvious knows his job. Would highly recommend.

JM Roofing wanted to ensure my roof no longer leaked water into my bedroom over the Christmas holidays, so was fixing the leak on 23rd December at 8am. John traced the source of the leak to a perished window seal and completed a temporary fix which should last until a new seal can be ordered and fitted in the new year. John also insisted that I messaged him on Christmas day to confirm the repair was still good after the rain. I can not fault JM Roofing in any way and therefore recommend highly.

John came round to fix some loose and broken roof tiles and I have to say that it was an all round pleasure to have someone who did what was needed without any fuss. John is professional and personable and I have already recommended him to other people. You won't be disappointed!

John was brilliant from start to finish. We'd had some bad work done and needed it fixing. So many roofers had let us down. John was professional, friendly and did a great job. We had almost lost hope on finding someone until we met John.

We had issues with damp and mould in the house, which we thought might be due to a loose tile, John came round to have a look, and explained that the roof tiles didn't overlap sufficiently, hence the water getting in, and that the whole roof would need to be repaired, with extra tiles being added. John gave us a quote, which seemed very reasonable, and started work as soon as the weather permitted. He was extremely professional throughout, including the scaffolding team he used, he finished in good time, was very net and tidy, and did an excellent job, we are really pleased with the end result, and would definitely recommend John's services to anyone needing any roofing work done.

Very happy with all the work John has done so far on our house. John first came out to rectify leaking guttering and has just completed replacing our box guttering and will soon be back to remove, replace and lay new roof tiles. John has been brilliant. Friendly, hard working, prompt and very knowledgeable. We are very glad to have found John to help fix our issues and would highly recommend him, so don't hesitate to give him a call!

Another roofer had done a bodge job, resulting in a bad leak in my bedroom. I called John who was working round the corner, who popped over at the end of the day to have a look. Immediately, he found what the problem was, took photos on his phone and came down to show me them. Since it was only a couple of hours' work and we were due heavy rain (again), he said he would come the following day with one of his men and do it. I wish ALL workmen were as brilliant!
