Footings and steels were then added along with a 1st floor wooden frame (clad in larch). A wooden balcony and double height larch feature window and a clay tile roof. The quality of the materials, their workmanship and final finish is superb. John and Tim worked with us all the way through a 50 week program, whilst we lived in the garden in caravans. Completed on budget and on time - superb!"
