On the 7th December 2025 work started on a full re-roof which was completed to an acceptable standard but whilst erecting the scaffolding for replacement of the roof, a large, double-glazed pane of glass on the conservatory roof was broken. While the company did acknowledge that the damage occurred during their job, their handling of the situation is abysmal. Rather than taking full responsibility and resolving the issue directly they attributed the damage to the subcontractor and did not take ownership of putting things right even though full payment has been made to Johnson's Roofing Group. As of 23rd April 2026 the glass has not been repaired, there is still rubbish in the front garden, and I cannot use my back door as there is still scaffolding up. My complaints are ignored and I cannot recommend this trader.
