Ray and his company have done excellent work for us over a number of years. He has always been thoughtful and creative in discussing plans with us, efficient and friendly in his work, and ready to advise on the best ways to achieve what we want at the best cost. The quality of his work is very high and we would have no hesitation in recommending him. The images show: 1) work on restoring our shower room and completely replacing the shower cabinet when a slow leak behind the wall had caused extensive water damage through the floor and into the wall of the sitting room next door. (This was in 2010 - the shower is still in fine condition.) 2) Replacing the cork floor tiles of the shower room floor (December 2017) 3) Removing a central light fitting in our living room, and replacing it with a high-low light fitting over the dining table. (December 2017)

Ray installed my kitchen so brilliantly I cant recommend him and his company highly enough, the 1 photo really doesn't do it justice, 2 years on and it still brings me joy every time I am in it.

Ray Wheeler and JPE Maintenance have done several major items of work for me both in a business and private capacity. Ray is a trusted tradesperson who can get on with jobs entirely unsupervised and can be guaranteed to complete the job to the required standard and within the estimated timescale. The fact that Ray can project manage means that for a multi trade job requiring (say) painters, plumbers and joiners, he takes care of all the logistics. Finally, I would say value for money is one of the features of his work.

JPE Maintenance have carried out all required work in my home over the past few years, from urgently replacing a shower that broke on Xmas Eve, to flooring a loft, all the way up to installing my new bathroom, which involved shifting walls etc. Both Ray and Kev are really friendly and helpful. Ray always returns calls, is always there when he says he will be, and is clean and tidy / respectful of my house. I've already recommended him to friends and would do so again without hesitation.

I cannot recommend Joinery Plumbing Electrical Maintenance enough and regularly do so to friends and family. Communication is quick, easy and excellent. The team are completely trustworthy and attend as per prior arrangement, no matter how big or small the job. Work is always consistently completed to a very high standard and for a reasonable price. I have used JPE for many years for a variety of jobs, from small electrical repairs/fittings to installation of a new bathroom. I would never go anywhere else.

Ray and his colleague relocated and fitted three radiators in our top floor flat. They were punctual, friendly and respectful. They handled unusual plumbing in the flat very well, having to use unexpected extra tools to ensure they did the job properly. In addition they also did a fantastic job making good the flooring after. Very happy with the quality of the work and will be using them for our next job.

Many thanks to J.P.E Maintenance for an excellent job constructing a kitchen cabinet around a new boiler. Ray provided a quotation at a fair price to deliver a solution that met all the requirements for boiler maintenance and looked great. Ray and Kev came on time on the date agreed. They put down covers to protect the floors and worked efficiently and cleanly to deliver the installation exactly as per the quotation. Ray was a fantastic plumber and tiler. He came on a Sunday to have a look and got me a quote within a few hours. He came exactly when he said to get the job done and even though he had to go out to get more tiles still completed the job in the time frame he initially quoted. Wonderful work and would 100% use again. Thanks Ray!

Fantastic service - cannot fault anything! Very professional & friendly, turned up bang on time, did an excellent job for a very reasonable price (half of what another company quoted!) & cleaned up afterwards. Cannot recommend them highly enough, much appreciated.

Ray was friendly and knowledgable from the beginning. We are very pleased with our new en-suite bathroom. He was punctual and cleaned up afterwards. The products he recommended are of a high standard and Ray went above and beyond by helping with lots of additional things so that we were able to get the bathroom the way we wanted it.

The trader installed our new shower, bathroom flooring and a radiator in January 2020. He provided a warranty on all parts and work for two years, specified in our invoice. The shower developed many problems during the first year, every time the trader was slow to respond and blamed us for the problems. We contacted him again few days ago, as water ingress under the shower became apparent. He said he is on holidays. Then, he called, and said that our warranty was only for a year, not for two years as written in our invoice, but, as he will come in few days as a "good will gesture" to check what happened. Not needed to say he did not even turn up. We are taking further action now, while our shower is not usable and no communication from the plumber.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I would give more stars if I could , these guys were on time , great value and clean and tidy and very polite , HIGHLY recommend , it’s great to find a trust worthy trades man that can do all the work !!! Been using this company for years , one of the best company’s I’ve dealt with cheers guys !!

From the minute of first contact by email we were impressed with the courteous prompt service from Ray. This is the first time we have used Trusted Trader but we read the reviews and chose the company based on them. Ray took away our old sink unit, put the new one in and left the bathroom looking good as new. Appreciated the way he finished things off nicely with extra grout and tidied everything up so efficiently. Very good value for money and prompt courteous service- would definitely use again.
