"We decided to refurbish completely our bathroom: new shower, all new units, new floor and wall tiles plus underfloor heating and redecoration. We asked a number of suppliers for quotes but Matt at Jones was by far the best. He could not have been more helpful and efficient. He guided us through the design process and responded quickly when we had to make some small changes during installation. Our fitter (Dave) was also outstanding-the best we have ever used. Overall we are very happy with the result and grateful to all the team at Jones for ensuring a very positive experience and outcome"
