John came round to complete a few jobs that I'd been meaning to have done for ages. He ticked all the right boxes: 1. He arrived when he said he would, both to quote and to actually do the work. 2. His prices are competitive. 3. He was tidy, efficient and listened to what I wanted. 4. Even when I changed my mind about something (the finish on a window seat John created for me) it wasn't a problem, and he got the job done. I have a couple of bigger projects coming up, and I'm happy because I know John will do an excellent, professional job for me. Thanks again John :-)

John reworked a bodge job that another joiner left. Basically another joiner left the door uneven and hanging off. John fixed it (took him a day of hard work) and it looks really good now. Would definitely use john again

I recently used John to complete some work in my house which had been very badly done and left unfinished by a previous 'joiner' and also to transform a cupboard into a fitted wardrobe. I cannot rate him highly enough - his work was excellent and above all else he is honest and trustworthy . He came with his employee Robert McMillan and both were courteous, respectful, friendly, punctual, extremely hard working and 100% professional, going far more than the extra mile to ensure a perfect result and complete customer satisfaction. The precision, attention to detail and pride taken in the work is evident. He brought in other tradesmen at one point when necessary and he expects and receives the same high standard of work from them. He has transformed my house from a building site into a home. I would not hesitate to recommend John (and already have to several people). and I would certainly use him again myself in the future. The following photos show before and after John did the work.

John is a very nice young man who was very professional right from his first visit to my home. He arrived on the appointed day and never stopped working all day (not even for a cuppa) till the job was finished. He did a great job and I'd recommend him to anyone.

What else can I add about John McConnachie that hasn't already been written? Punctual, honest, clean and an excellent job done by John and Robert. They both gave up Mother's Day to work a miracle on the 'seconds 'doors sold as new that I purchased on the internet (sorry, I didn't know). Thankyou guys so very, very much. You worked non stop. Will ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys every time and will use them again. Pity they don't do ironing!

John was very efficient, courteous and helpful. His team completed the job quickly and ensured that they tidied up as they went along. The final result was to a high standard and we would happily recommend.

John came out to price my fitted wardrobes, he was so polite and helpful and straightforward to deal with. He gave me great help where to purchase the doors and gave a great price for fitting them too. Absolutely one of the best workmen I have ever dealt with. He fitted my wardrobes with the minimum fuss, didn't stop till they were done, then at the end I asked him if he would have a look at a broken dishwasher door for me, he immediately fixed it and refused to take any money for it even when I insisted and tried to give it to his colleague he also refused. They were outstanding! Thank you john my wardrobe doors are amazing as is my dishwasher door.
