Leaking bathroom sink Andrian did a great job fixing the leak in my bathroom. He also came up with a fantastic storage solution for my closet by installing a removable timber shelf. He is returning to do more jobs in my flat. I can highly recommend him.

Andrian was quite simply amazing. The job was to remove an existing wetroom and install a new one. From the beginning he was clear, diligent and extremely accurate. He understood all of the potential issues and took care to manage them. He was extremely pleasant to work with and the end result is fantastic. The building, tiling and plumbing workmanship are of the highest class and there have been no issues since completion. A very satisfied customer and I would highly recommend him.

To remove a stud wall and to put up a new one. We had a bathroom refurbishment done by Andrian. Our old bathroom had a few issues and he dealt with them smoothly. We found him very knowledgeable and experienced and we are very pleased with the end result. I would certainly recommend him.

I asked Andrian to do completely renew the plumbing after stripping out the bathroom. And then proceeded to do it all. So we ended up with a complete bathroom refurbishment done by him- new plumbing, electrical installation, beautiful tiling, fit-out of the new furniture. Amazing installation and a true professional, thank you!

New shower to be fitted Andrian did a great job moving pipes and installing a new shower. He did a very thorough job, the work took much longer than he first thought but he was very fair with what he charged. Good communicator and left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Shower and taps replacement The plumber didn't do the work as I made a comment about the plastic pipe he wanted to install while I preffered coper. He had unpleasent attitude. Got upset and suggested I do the plumbing work myself. Took his tools and left me without work done. I hired another plumber who did the job swiftly and professionally. To my surprise Josef McLeon sent me an invoice for work that never took place. I do not recomend this plumber if you want job done and peace of mind. (Updated on 31 May 2024) Answer from tradesperson: “These pipes are really old fashioned and we don’t use them in Poland. I had my bathroom done recently there so I know. I was told by my friends they always leak” This was your “I made a comment about the pipe”, Agata, while you we walking all over the materials, kicking and franticly waving your hands. At which I replied- “We are in the UK, and these materials are made for the UK marked. If you want the job done as in Poland, get someone from Poland to do it, I don’t know how.” Further to that, you never had a working shower since you got into this flat (3 weeks). It is very misleading to say that I left you without one. You did not pay my parking, my labour or materials, as agreed- total of £322. I drained and removed a radiator, cut tiled wall to provide access in the wall to work on the pipes, removed the old pipes, while listening to your bigoted remarks about English plumbers being a rip off. Replace shower with bath and change sink Job was nicely done and on budget. Andrian was very helpful with ideas and coming up with cost-effective solutions. Very tidy too. Highly recommended.

Bathroom and Kitchen remodel and renovation We recently worked with Andrian to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. What started as a simple cosmetic job quickly turned out be to much more complex and time consuming (floors and ceilings replaced, walls being taken back to brick, boiler replaced etc) Andrian was with us at every step of the way, patiently problem solving and making use of years of experience. He is multi-skilled and completes work to an extremely high standard. We relied on him heavily for advice and for sourcing materials at a reasonable price. We’re very grateful for his help and very happy with the result. Thank you!

Leaking shower Andrian did his best to rescue a shower leak problem, taking videos to illustrate the challenges he faced, and providing me with a clear understanding of the issue. I'm very happy to engage Andrian again in the future.

Refurbishment work in small bathroom Andrian correctly spotted that what we thought was a small refurb job in our bathroom was actually a symptom of a more major issue and he tirelessly tackled the whole thing right down to the joists and brickwork as well as the plumbing and tiling we'd expected to need: extremely thorough and a great problem solver, you can also leave him to work independently and deal with things but he's always happy to take direction when there are specific things you want. We'll have him back next year to deal with problems in another room!

Break up concreate drive I would not hesitate to use Andrian again. On a very hot day he kept going until the job was done. First class worker

New bathroom including retailing throughout Andrian was a pleasure to deal with. He offered advice on materials and installation throughout. The installation was outstanding. Excellent tiling, plumbing and builders work. Andrian has an attention to detail that you don’t see very often these days.

Install an integrated dishwasher, door and wall socket Friendly and Professional. The original quote based on the description and his questions was estimated well. The job was simply to install the integrated dishwasher, its door and a wall socket. The result was nice and neat. I recommend.
