I have recommended this company (James) to many people in the area. Before replacing our tank and drainage field - James listened to what we wanted, explained the options (far clearer than the other larger company that gave a quote), made sure we were happy with the plan and price before starting. They were very efficient, did an excellent job - and very tidy - clearing all the mess (particularly important for us as the drainage field is our lawn. And importantly - James is extremely trustworthy - we were happy to leave him at the property when we were out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
James and his team were superb and did a very nice job of installing our new septic tank and drainage system. They delivered everything that we needed including percolation tests for the drainage field and full building regs certification. Their work ethic was first class and we were kept informed of progress at all times. I highly recommend this company.

We have used JP Drainage for various work over the last few years and would would wholeheartedly recommend them. There work and knowledge is excellent and very competitively priced. They have have always turned up when they said they would and are always very pleasant and accommodating.
James is an extremely helpful guy. My project has been long and complex. On many occasions I've needed him to think beyond the norm and he's always come up with a solution. Happily recommend
I found James and his team very helpful, we didn't have to worry about anything, James liaised with seven trent water obtained all permission for shutting the road down, and just got the job done. James wasn't the cheapest but he definitely wasn't the most expensive we had some shockingly high quotes. We had years of problems on a septic tank, now we have a pump station that takes all our waste to an inspection chamber 80 meters up the lane that connects to the public sewer, we have enjoyed just over three years of no more dyno rod bills. I have already recommend James and will continue to do so.
