I have been using JPS for a while now, they are great! Easy to contact, always very helpful & quick to come. I’ve had many small & big plumbing issues, it’s been so reassuring that I can contact them when needed & I’ve been happy with every job completed. Would recommend.

We urgently needed a new hot water tank. An inspection and quote were provided within an hour of our enquiry. The new tank arrived and was installed 2 days later. Installation took just 4 hours. The workmanship was to a high standard.

Partial bathroom refit done. A couple of glitches with the supplier caused a slight delay but not JPS fault. Overall a good standard of work so all happy.

As a single female the worker made me feel at ease straight away. They were polite, friendly and professional. They respected my property. They were knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves, they were on time and I now plan to use them for any work that needs doing and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

Really good and responsive. Flexible on times, and called when they were on their way. Left the area they were working in clean and tidy. The job was overall a really good experience and with no hesitation in recommending.

Mixer tap broke first thing in morning and the original isolators weren’t working so couldn’t switch off without shutting off all water. Darren round in just over an hour, isolators replaced and new mixer tap/shower fitted within 24hrs 👍 Rapid response and much appreciated, really helpful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great service, and not the first time 👏

JPS identified a need to change some pressure components on my heating and hot water system following a boiler service. They scheduled in the work quickly and were super responsive. Their engineer was a very nice man and was clearly knowledgeable, able to diagnose faults using specialist equipment. Thanks JPS!

From start to finish, the care and communication from JPS plumbing was outstanding. I had an emergency water leak, which Chris diagnosed as a Sure Stop valve. He immediately bought a part and fixed it within an hour. I'm incredibly pleased. Thank you!

Excellent service from these guys, proper organised with engineer visit reminders and technical details simply explained. Both engineers were highly trained and knew the latest regulations, and got on with the day-long boiler change and radiator install quickly and efficiently. This is a very well run company and it was so refreshing to get rapid communication and a date in the diary within a week to change our failing boiler. I've think this might be the first time we've actually had a lovely warm home!

Matt was really friendly and professional. He serviced the boiler in our rental property and supplied a landlord safety certificate. Matt kept me updated on his time of arrival so I could meet him at the property to work around the tenants in situ. I’ve used JPS on more than one occasion, from large jobs such as installing a boiler to simpler jobs like changing a radiator. They’ve been great every time. The quality of their work is good, and everything this time was completed, as usual, to a high standard.
