Luke, Brad and their teams replaced my dumb light switches with smart dimmer switches, wired and fitted my new smart doorbell, installed a few new power sockets and 7 wall lights, and removed one pendant ceiling light for me. They did an excellent job and left the place perfectly clean and tidy. I can highly recommend them!

Luke came to my house to install a new cat 6 cable for internet and he did a really good job for a very reasonable price. I've called J&R Electrical several times in the past and I won't hesitate to call them again in the future. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Jason came round the house when I was in trouble with no sockets and fuseboard turned off, he explained why my fuseboard was off and he found the faulty socket which was causing everything to 'trip' I would highly recommend J&R, the workmanship, tidiness and care he took really made a stressful experience better Thanks again J&R

- Install: Lights and Sockets / switches **Customer description** New sockets and lights installing in extensions, the shell will be complete end of next week. Thanks Jack came to wire up a couple of new bedrooms and an ensuite, a lot of the cables were existing just new locations. Arrived promptly even with a long journey and is a pleasant enough lad. Thats where the good stuff ends, after he left a couple of other lights stopped working downstairs, fuse blew, no offer to come look as too busy to come back for a couple of weeks even though its clearly a fault. I explained I need to get one of the bedrooms ready as everything else was done and was he ok for me to fit the pendent, yes not an electrician, nothing worked got hold of Jack it will be because its an old pendent, bought a new one still no light. Wasted a few hours still nothing and no movement on coming back sooner even though it clearly was his work at fault. Had to get another electrician in he tested it to find no power. Ended up taking an attic floor up to find the light had been wired to a junction box without power so regardless of attempts to blame me would never have worked. Checked other elements and noted several fails not bothering to screw tight junction boxes, a blown fuse, crossed wires, gang switch not working etc. Gave Jack every option to come look at the challenges, put them right and avoid all of this but instead his response is to blame me for trying to install a pendent. I will be chasing for the monies it has cost me and for the new install charge as well as notifying NECIC. Maybe I should have known travelling that far for work.

Install replacement light fittings Jack did a great job which he carried out very quickly and efficiently at a good price. He's a delight to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again - and probably will.
