"Jake from JVM Builders carried out the removal of a load-bearing wall, installed an RSJ, cut through a cavity wall, fitted a new lintel, and installed a new window for us. The standard of work was excellent throughout. He was always punctual, professional, and kept me fully updated at every stage of the project. The work was completed to a very high specification, with great attention to detail and a clean, tidy finish. I am extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jake and JVM Builders to anyone needing structural or building work. Genuinely reliable and skilled"
"I would highly recomment JV Construction, great workmanship and attention to detail from a really professional team. Jake made sure to find a good match to the existing bricks for bricking up part of the old opening and the quality of the work is fantastic. He was also great with communication and made sure to check all the details to make sure I was happy before proceeding. The door he installed is really good quality, perfect for what I wanted. One very happy customer, I’m already making a list of other jobs I need him to quote for!"
