James came to mine to measure all the kitchen doors which i wanted replacing. He gave me a catalogue so i can look at door models in order to get a accurate quote. He said he should get the quote with a week. I felt confident he was reliable at that point. Once the week has passed i reached out, once, then another couple of times (allowing a week in between) but James just ghosted me. Massive waste of time. Thanks James 👌🏻
James abandoned the job unfinished and left the kitchen with many faults. He botched installing the kitchen sink while cutting compact laminate which we will need to replace at extra expense. The kitchen cupboards were misaligned. The fridge-freezer protrudes from the unit. He did not start many other jobs. After saying the work would take two weeks, he still had not finished after a month and never returned. He ghosted us, insisted the invoice got paid, and refused to answer the phone. He also never returned our house key so we had to change the locks. His employment has been a disaster!
