Arrived when they said they would, kept in touch and explained what needed to be done. The boiler replacement was done quickly, they cleaned up and were polite. Very happy with the job completed.

Extremely helpful, professional and communicative. Visited property and went through job requirements in detail. Converted an old gravity-fed conventional boiler system to a combi boiler system, did an excellent job, continued working until the water could be re-connected on the first day so that we wouldn't be without overnight, left the property in a tidy manner and were very thoughtful of having minimal impact on our home (e.g. protecting carpets, new pipe placements). Very pleased and would hire again.

Keith and the guys were wonderful! Diligent and competitively priced. They had to do a difficult work around to comply with the layout of my flight which they completed with no extra fuss. We ended up getting the Veisssman boiler extended warranty which comes with the servicing for ten years which they did for me without me remembering this year. We were so impressed with their work they have now completed my parents new boiler installation for two of their properties. So happy to have found a lifelong plumber form we can trust.

Keith gave us good advice about best system to install, whereas some other traders just said ‘well it’s up to you, what system do you want?’ We really appreciates getting actual advice. The team were punctual, polite and fast. They even fixed a couple of things that weren’t in the fee like the dripping outside tap. They filled all holes and made good at the end. Keith sent one of his guys over the next day to make sure the job was finished to our complete satisfaction. The system is exactly as advised, quiet and powerful!

Keith and his men were a pleasure to work with. Great standard of work, punctual, polite and clean. I felt at times he went out of his way to accommodate us. We used them first the end of February for a big job for installing a new heating system and have used them a couple of times since then For other plumbing needs. We were fortunate to find K Marsh's company on line. We had a major emergency when our Mains Water Pipe had two leaks to our block of 7 flats. The job was assessed and quote sent and agreed that evening. The team of 5 plumbers arrived every day at 7.30 sharp for 13 days and worked hard putting in new mains water pipes on each side of the block and linking them into the flats. They were industrious and quiet on the scaffolding as tenants are all working from home. No music blaring either. The site was tidied each evening and ladders drawn up for security. They took their shoes off for the internal work and were very considerate to us. All the pipe work was of the best quality also the double lagging because the pipes had to be run on the outside of the block. Before the work started on 8/6, the leak erupted on Sat 6/6 and flooded the garden flat at 6.30 a.m. they dashed here by 7.30 a.m. & by 5 p.m. put a temporary repair to the lead pipe, which really saved us.

Keith and his team completed some emergency gas pipe work efficiently and effectively. I would be very happy to recommend them and i will certainly use them again!

Fitted my new boiler, the water system has never been so good and having a hot shower all the time is amazing. Flushed all my radiators now heating is working efficiently. Lovely group of men, kept my house tidy at all times, you wouldn’t have known they had even come and gone, thank you so much would defiantly use again.

Responded to my email enquiry within a couple of hours, and sent someone to the site same day to do a free survey before sending over their quote (whereas lots of other companies just charge by the hour not including materials). This all happened on a Friday, and by Monday morning the work was complete! Extremely efficient, easy to get in contact with, and definitely great value for money.

Keith responded to my email promptly and although no work was carried out. He surveyed the situation free of charge and gave some honest and sound advice for which I am extremely grateful for. I would definitely use Keith's services again.
