We have used K Marsh plumbers on a number of occasions. We had an emergency in our kitchen when the mixer tap came off and water sprouting everywhere. We turned the stopcock off and phoned K. Marsh. Alfie came as quick as he was able. He was very professional, gave good advice and was friendly and supportive. Well Done Alfie. We are very happy and satisfied.

George was very efficient and stayed to complete the job when I had to return to local suppliers to replace faulty taps.

We recently replaced our sink with a vanity unit, tap, and basin that we had independently purchased. Unfortunately, the tap proved to be incompatible with the sink; however, the team were very professional, and solution-oriented in resolving the issue efficiently. In addition, they replaced the mixer tap on the bath to a high standard. Their timekeeping was excellent, and they conducted themselves in a polite, tidy, and professional manner throughout the work. Upon reviewing their website, I noted that they also offer a range of additional services, including electrical work, painting, and a monthly boiler protection plan. We would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I needed a replacement boiler. Keith and his team were able to complete this quickly and kept in touch at all points. They worked well in the small space of the kitchen and cleaned up afterwards. I need some additional work doing in the flat and would definitely ask them if they are available to do this.

He responded very quickly and subsequently provided me with a comprehensive quote for the work which was carried out the following week. Needed an urgent boiler replacement which Keith quoted on quickly and then had his team install quickly and professionally

Keith and his team were fabulous from the moment I called. My boiler packed in so a new boiler needed fitting. The team made sure I understood what was going on and even after it was fitted I thought there was a problem and Keith came round to check. I would highly recommend this firm.

Extremely helpful, professional and communicative. Visited property and went through job requirements in detail. Did utmost to book us in as quickly as possible as we were without heating and weather was getting colder. Converted an old gravity-fed conventional boiler system to a combi boiler system, did an excellent job, continued working until the water could be re-connected on the first day so that we wouldn't be without overnight, left the property in a tidy manner and were very thoughtful of having minimal impact on our home (e.g. protecting carpets, new pipe placements). Very pleased and would hire again.

Excellent service from my first call to completion of the project! I had a few different issues with an old boiler and cylinder, and Keith and Alfie took time to discuss with me and identify the best fix. Ultimately, Keith’s team installed a new heating and hot water system to a very high standard. We’ve used K Marsh for several years to maintain our house, for all kinds of jobs like changing a boiler in it’s entirety, replacing a shower, fixing broken sockets and redoing the bathroom silicon. The whole team are very professional and considerate. Prices are agreed in advance so there are no surprises and in the rare situation something isn’t perfect they go out of their way to put it right. We now only use K Marsh for work on our house.
