Great job by k and a flooring, the house looks amazing, we couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend.

The original work looked fine - however after about 3 weeks, the floor started to lift, and the bottom stair carpet was not finished off and sagged over, and made unsafe. Took 12 text message, and 2 phone calls to get the fitter to return - he did on two separate occasions, eventually agreeing with us that it was poor workmanship, and that the whole area should of been screed-ed in the first place - he did lift and tried to repair the floor but it looks as if the same thing is happening again - and now the floor in the bathroom is lifting - completely not the job I wanted - so frustrating

Luke was very helpful throughout. He kept his promised and ensured a good level of service. The fitters were very good as well and did a good job. They were polite and helpful.
