"Jack arrived on time and is very friendly and polite. He stripped the appliance and checked everything unfortunatly it was not repairable but he explained all the options which was very helpful. Without any request from me he then said because he had not been able to fix it he would charge me a lower rate than quoted tell me where you get service like this exceptional . This company is definatly 5 star plus would reccomend without hesitation just brilliant."
