Kieren was absolutely brilliant. Very polite, he visited my property twice, to try a figure out a complicated drainage solution, and ground works. He went through lots of options but we eventually worked out a solution. On the job, the guys were excellent took about 2.5 days, real gents, polite, tidy, and a great job. I could not recommend Kieran and his team more. Thanks very much.

Kieran replaced our water mains pipe in our back garden from iron to mdpe plastic due to building an extension over current mains. He did a fantastic job, he was punctual, Efficient and very polite. He went above and beyond to make this job as simple and stress free as possible. I would recommend Kieran in a heartbeat. Fantastic bloke.

Kieran and Brian were an absolute pleasure. They replaced the old lead main supply pipe from the street to our cellar within a day. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and tidiness. Kieran was also super helpful with a couple of smaller items within the house.

10/10. I am extremely happy with the work carried out to my property. Customer service was 10/10, everything was explained and all queries were answered. Work was done quickly and efficiently and there was no disruption to my property/front garden, if anything it was put back together better then before). I would strongly recommend this company.

Thankfully we received a recommendation through another company for Kieran and his team's services. We had our old lead water pipe replaced and could not tell the difference when it came to the front lawn after the work was completed, the high standard of the installation of the new stopcock was admired by our plumber too. The professionalism and high calibre of work will be appreciated and utilised for years to come. Can't speak highly enough of Kieran! After being ghosted by multiple plumbers as we had a logistically complicated job, Kieran was immediately reassuring that he could handle the work and guide me through any necessary admin. When the day came to do the work, we were let down by the water company at the last minute, but where others may have run a mile, Kieran was incredibly understanding and helpful and helped sort everything out. Eventually returned to complete the job to an excellent standard. And incredibly patient, polite and friendly throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

First of all - Kieran is an absolute LEGEND!! I had another firm attempting an install of new polly pipe, but couldn't do it due to 'Unmolable' ground conditions. Then I contacted KCS!! - What an amazing attitude to work ethics and a very rare these says - attention to detail and quality of the install! I cannot thank Kieran and his team enough for managing to mole through my difficult and problematic ground and have a smile on their faces while doing it!!! Now I can honestly say - don’t bother wasting your time with other ‘cowboys’ and let KCS Utilities do the job right the first time!!!

Fantastic! We were so worried when we found we had lead pipes, working with Kieran was a pleasure- he's responsive, knowledgable and does an amazing job. He was in constant contact about when he would come, came on time, did a superb job (all pipes gone) and gave me all the relevant things for Thames Water. He did it in no time at all and put everything back perfectly. Really really recommend, he just makes your problems go away!

Kieran and his team were simply superb. I can't praise them enough. Everything was diagnosed and explained to me quickly and simply. The guys started work immediately despite it being 4pm the day before Good Friday. They returned on Good Friday and worked 8am to 6.30pm to ensure we were not left without water overnight. They returned at 9.30 on Easter Saturday and didn't leave until gone 6. They had to dig 6 holes, each over 1m deep in order to lay the pipe, but afterwards you wouldn't know they had been here, so good were they at covering their tracks. Thanks, guys!! Great job. Good value too

Kieran and Robbie were extremely courteous and acted with the utmost professionalism in undertaking their tasks. At all times they were respectful of my property and despite having to dig four deep holes by hand they left the property very very tidy.

KCS were great from the start came to my property when agreed helped to locate a leak on my water pipe. Then the team got to work considering how dirty a job this was they were very clean and took care of my driveway/front garden well during and even after works were finished. Pipe was quickly repaired and I was given a little more info on what steps I could do next to prevent this happening again. Thanks guys :)

Can't thank these lads enough. Attended my clients property to dig some foundations for an extension using the mini digger this was done to precision and spot on to what we needed. Also managed to get them to dig an extra trench for a new garden wall on top of original quote. Would definitely recommend! Top lads.

I Needed my water pipe replaced due to a leak underneath my drive, Kieran came around and explained everything to me in detail, what he would have to do to fix my problem. Which I was quite pleased about because I could visualise what the work entailed.
