"Boiler in new house had undisclosed slow leak and lost pressure in 2 weeks. First plumber via my insurance took 1 look at it, changed 1 obviously leaky part and said job done. Boiler still leaked. KDR came round (free inspection), Kirk did a proper inspection, identified multiple areas where there were leaks, and recommended a new boiler. Whilst deciding what to do, the boiler packed in completely. KDR were able to organise to return within 2 days to fit a new boiler (on a Saturday). Worked efficiently to have it all done in a few hours, and at a good price. Less than 48hrs without heating."
