Rang back with the diagnosis, explained exactly what needed repairing and why the work needed done, with a total for everything. Booked in shortly after that as parts needed to be ordered, quoted 2-3 days work. However, after dropping the car off, called back after 1.5 days work and everything completed. Explained everything they had done when picking the car up again with a clear invoice of the parts, etc. Very professional and friendly, would definitely recommend for any issues."
