The various tradesmen arrived when required and were always friendly and diligent, when I asked for some late minor changes they were done without fuss. Mr Milford visited the site several times to check progress, standard of work and to pre order materials for the next stage. I opted to do my own decorating and was given tips on how to proceed. I am more than satisfied with the overall experience and very happy with the builder recommended to me"

The work was completed to a high standard and the building team were friendly, professional, and helpful. The project stayed within the original estimate, although we decided to add further work during the build, all the additions were costed and agreed in advance. The project is now complete, and we would happily recommend them."
